MOVIE POSTER BASIC COMPUTER

I'm making the movie poster of an animation movie, "The Book of Life" for my basic computer assignment. I combined 40 pictures layer by layer in Photoshop before add on the title in AI.

Add on the title and details using AI. After finish add on everything, my movie poster has finally completed. The end.

The album art that I have been working on for the past two weeks. The first picture is the process of making the album art. And the other one is the results. I divided the photo into four parts. Then I applied four different types of effect onto each parts. Therefore, I get the results.

MOVIE POSTER

The finals are already around the corner, maybe in 2 or 3 weeks. Here's my work for the Basic Computer assignment; making a movie poster. I really love movies especially comedy, action, animation, and romance. When it comes to movie poster, I have this crazy ideas to make my movie poster like the Twilight, Maleficent, Les Miserables, and so on. That's crazy, I know hahahahaa. Recently, I'm so into wolves; getting inspired by Twilight's Jacob, Teen Wolf, and EXO's Wolf. Due to the inspirations, I've decided to make "HOWL".

First, I combined these two pictures using the Photoshop. The results will be my background in AI. I only want to use the wolf at first but it's kinda look boring. And so, I add the moon to make it more interesting. It's all thanks to my lecturer; he has given me courage and idea to make my poster more happening. The picture below is my results after 1 hour making it.

After I'm done editing the picture that I've been working on, I placed it into the AI to put the movie's title and anything that a poster movie should have onto it.

About 30 minutes later, my work has come out into this. You are the wolf, and I am the moon, "HOWL". I'll try to do another movie poster. May everything be at ease :)

ZAC EFRON

Hello there ! Well, this is my first time editing pictures using Photoshop. Usually, I only use online editor or photo editor applications that I installed in my mobile phone. To me, it is easier to edit using those application. However, Photoshop has given me a new life now. It is definitely a super-duper editor. I REALLY LOVE IT ! It's like I am able to transform a beast into a prince charming; just making them look beautiful and amazing. And so, here's my first try-out. MY BEASTLY ZAC. He's so handsome that I can't barely transform him to something I want. Btw, I love the eyes.

COMPANY LOGO

This is another new assignment for the past 2 weeks, making our own company logo. Since I love photography so much, I have decided to make my company logo; "MARINA SUEDA". I used my own name to create this logo. One day, I'm going to open a photography studio. Hopefully my dreams will comes true ! Bless you.

SUSHI

The fifth work for basic computer class, making a sushi logo. I started with the shape of the sushi, then choose the color to add onto the design. There's so many choices of color, but in the end I choose yellow, green, and pink.

3D

Lesson for week 5, using 3D effects. For the text, the 3D extrude and bevel were used to make the text more realistic. The shape below the text were construct by using the 3D revolve. 3D rotate were used for the last piece. Overall, the lesson for this week are very fun.

ICON

Lesson for week 4, making an icon. This is a simply cute and adorable rainbow-colored camera icon that I made. Honestly, for an icon I couldn't think of anything except for a camera icon, that's why I designed and create this icon. I likes playing with colors, therefore this is the result of my work. A rainbow camera icon. Pretty kiuttttttt I think :)

STARZ

Lesson for week 3, making a magazine cover. The process of making this magazine took me quite an effort and times on making it. Rather than making a difficult design, I remained with my own style which is simple. And so, here's my second work, "PRINCE DAVID SEARCHING FOR CINDERELLA". Who's the mysterious cinderella ? Perhaps it could be you :P

SEASHELL

She sells sea-shells on the sea-shore.
The shells she sells are sea-shells, I'm sure.
For if she sells sea-shells on the sea-shore
Then I'm sure she sells sea-shore shells.

Lesson for week 2, clipping mask. This is the very first work that I've done this far. Since it was my first try, I having a REALLY DIFFICULT time on finishing this thing. I've try and try and try and try plus asking for help from friends, finally this is the outcome. A shell shell shell shell.
